'Pampa Mi Aloe'

So ladies i want to share with you a very good facial recipe! One of my best friends gave me this facial and i was super excited with the results. There are many facial recipes you can find online which works just as good with your skin. I call this 'Pampa Mi Aloe'  mainly because its the secret ingredient that does wonders for your skin. So, take the time to pamper yourself and try this at home :-)

What You Need !!
Aloe Vera
Lime Juice
Milk
Cornmeal
Hot water
Container
Towel
Cotton Pads
Sugar (optional)
Moisturizer

What To Do!
OK, first you want to clean your face with cotton pad dipped in milk and let it dry. Wash your face and follow with lime juice on new cotton pad as a toner. This will give a stinging sensation so be careful and rinse face when its dried. Follow with hot water in a container large enough for you to bring your face over it followed covering your head with towel to prevent the steam from escaping. This is another way to steam your face if you don't have the required equipment. Also it is hard to breathe when in this position so ensure you take breaths in intervals outside the towel while allowing pores to open. After sweat begins for a good 5 minutes follow with a paste mixture of Aloe Vera peeled and blended, cornmeal and sugar which is optional and in circular motions gently exfoliate your face. Do this for about 3 minutes then let it sit on your face like a mask for the next 2 minutes. After which, wash your face with now warm water followed by cold water to close your pores. The final step is your moisturizer, just a little dab will do. I often use an Irie Rock moisturizer with which hazel and tea tree oil which gives me amazing results.

Happy Friday!
Take the time to pamper yourself this weekend!!
